Psychotherapy is tailored to suit individual needs and personality. Thandazile is trained in Systems Approach, an approach that places the client in their context, and understands the difficulty presented in context more than in individual. This approach is a baseline approach and other modalities are used in order to meet the client(s) need. Other approaches that are used include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and its affiliates and Psychoanalysis. Art forms of therapy may be used when necessary.
